It’s hard to innovate for end consumers when there’s lack of enabling infrastructure. If one gets an opportunity to create enabling infrastructure, you should probably not use it to serve consumers directly. Or at least not forever.

Become the AWS of that space. Migrate from B2C to B2B2C. Create APIs. This is noble, selfless and more-so will make your company far more profitable than you imagine.
